Shipping & Returns

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final and there are no refunds. If an item is found to be defective, we will repair or replace the item at our sole discretion. To complete your return, we require a receipt or original proof of purchase.  If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at or call 604.277.5252 to discuss.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

If an item requires that you return it to us, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. A re-stocking fee may also be assessed.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Please note: In order to see a shipping estimate for your order, you are required to enter your Ship To address in the shopping cart. This will allow the system to calculate shipping charges (if available) based on your location and the items in your cart. This occurs before you commit to any purchase so there is no problem if you just want to get an estimate. If the shipping calculation does not appear to be working correctly, or is not available, please contact us at 604.277.5252 for a no obligation shipping estimate. 

Please note: We are typically unable to ship to a PO Box with our courier partners - a physical address will be required - If you place an order online with only a PO Box for the shipping address we will need to cancel the order and contact you to arrange an alternate delivery option.

Orders may ship via a number of couriers based on size, service level selected and geographic location.

We offer several shipping methods for most items:

  • Ground Shipping: 3 to 7 business days, plus processing time. Items using this method will generally ship via Canada Post, CanPar/Loomis, UPS or FedEx Ground.

  • Truck Freight: 5 to 8 business days, plus processing time - Available only for oversize or heavy items. 

  • FREE Local Pickup: Our warehouse in Surrey BC is not open to the public. If you would like to arrange for a local product pickup, please contact us to discuss options.

For remote locations, please add 2-5 days to each shipping method. If you are not sure whether your location is remote, please contact us.

Delivery is Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm local time, in the event that delivery of the smaller item cannot be completed (up to 60lbs), a delivery notification will be issued with further details. For items shipped with Freight service (over 60lbs) carrier may require a delivery appointment. The carrier will make contact once the shipment arrives at the destination city at which time they will arrange appointment for delivery.

All deliveries are threshold deliveries. Threshold is defined as the first available point of entry (i.e. front door, lobby of building for condominiums and apartment building). For private residence deliveries: curb side delivery only.

In some remote locations, delivery is only available for direct points only. Customers will be notified once shipment arrives and is ready for pick up.

Please note: Shipping times do not include processing time (most in-stock items generally take 1-2 days to process).

Kakadu Camping Inc. (DBA BushRanger Trailer Gear) will not be liable for any delay that is due to causes beyond its control including without limitation, weather-related and other uncontrollable shipping delays.

International Orders

We currently only ship orders within Canada. For international purchase options, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to point you to a dealer or reseller in your location. 

How Shipping Costs Are Determined

We work hard every day to bring you the lowest possible shipping cost.

The shipping cost for most items is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address.

We show an estimated shipping cost in your shopping cart, based on our lowest-price shipping method and assuming all items in your cart are going to a single address within Canada.

Certain items may qualify for free shipping or other special promotional shipping prices from time to time. Offers vary depending on where you live, the items you select and your preferred shipping method. Qualifying items and the associated offers will be identified on the order pages. Ensure that you have entered your postal code correctly to see the offers that are available to you. If you have more than one item in your cart, different shipping rates may apply.

To take advantage of these offers, be sure to select the special shipping rate options (if available) when checking out online. Many of these offers are valid for a limited time only. To receive a special shipping offer, the item must be purchased during the offer, and not just when item(s) are placed in your cart. Promotional rates apply for personal orders for delivery to residential addresses in Canada only. Offers are subject to change without notice.

Please note: You will see your actual shipping cost once you have entered your postal code and selected your shipping method during checkout.

Due to varying item availability , your items may be shipped separately when you place an order containing multiple items. We will contact you before any split shipments occur to discuss any change to expected freight costs.

Delivery Area

At this time, we can only accept orders from customers who can pay with credit cards issued by a Canadian or US bank, and are shipping to addresses in Canada*. *Subject to conditions/exclusions.

Your order begins processing immediately after you click Place Order on the "Confirm and Submit" page. There is a limited time after you submit your order when it may be possible to change your shipping address, shipping method or payment method, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be modified.

To request a modification after you have submitted your order, please contact us with your order number for quick resolution.
